In case of one-day usage of the hut over the weekend (friday to saturday or saturday to sunday) and over holidays the minimum price is 75 €/day.
The rental fee is either payed in cash when you are given the keys or in advance via a bank transfer to the provided bank account number named under point booking.

A deposit of 50 % of the minimum day price has to be payed (example: minimum price 50 €/day x 3 days x 50 % = 75 € deposit)

Intended use: Please fill in the number 5 first and then the number of days and the date on which you start your visit of the forest hut Kanne.
Example: For the weekend of 7 to 9 March 2014, two days, you write 5207032014 (or 52070314).
Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge until 11 days before the first day of usage. In the given example a free cancellation would be able to 24 February 2014.
After that date you lose 10 % of your deposit per day elapsed.
Cancellation 10 days before the stay: 10 % loss of the down payment
Cancellation 9 days before the stay: 20 % loss of the down payment
Cancellation 8 days before the stay: 30 % loss of the down payment
Cancellation 7 days before the stay: 40 % loss of the down payment
Cancellation 6 days before the stay: 50 % loss of the down payment
Cancellation 5 days before the stay: 60 % loss of the down payment
Cancellation 4 days before the stay: 70 % loss of the down payment
Cancellation 3 days before the stay: 80 % loss of the down payment

When do I get back my deposit payment?
After your stay the hut will be checked for intactness and cleanliness. Should any disorder (mucky floors, dirty cooktop in the kitchen, left-over foods etc.) or a possible damage be determined, the repayment will be reduced or will lapse – according to the cleaning effort resp. the repair costs.
